At first glance, it looks quite typical: a dark body, a robust build and the elegance characteristic of Camponotus ants. After a moment, however, you notice something more – the light-coloured margins of the segments and the delicate, golden sheen of the abdomen, which give them a very distinctive appearance.

It is advisable to remove any insect remains after 24 hours to keep the enclosure clean.
