Description

The Happet 25W 4.5 m heating cable is a silicone heating cable designed for terrariums, vivariums, aquariums and breeding facilities. In tarantula breeding, it is ideal where a longer and more powerful heat source is required than that provided by standard 15W cables.

The 4.5 m length allows for great flexibility in routing the cable. It can be used to create a heating zone in a larger terrarium, with several smaller breeding tanks, or on a shelf where the tanks are placed side by side. The cable allows you to heat a specific part of the space, leaving the other side cooler, which makes it easier to maintain a practical temperature gradient.

The cable is made of flexible silicone, which does not become stiff and withstands daily use well. The design is waterproof, making the product suitable for use in terrariums and aquariums. When laid correctly, the cable remains discreet and does not detract from the terrarium’s layout.

For optimum control, it is advisable to connect the Happet 25W heating cable to a thermostat or temperature controller. During installation, the cable should not cross over or come into contact with itself, as this may lead to overheating and damage to the cable.
