Glass terrarium 20 × 20 × 30 cm made from 4 mm thick glass. The raised design provides more vertical space and allows you to create elaborate layouts using branches, bark or plants. Dual fly-proof ventilation – at the top and at the front – promotes effective air circulation, whilst the 6 cm high front panel allows for the use of an appropriate layer of substrate.

Glass terrarium, 20 × 20 × 30 cm

The 20 × 20 × 30 cm glass terrarium is a tall model offering significantly more vertical space whilst retaining a compact base. These proportions provide plenty of scope for design and allow you to create an environment that utilises not only the surface area of the substrate but also the full height of the tank.

The terrarium is made of sturdy 4 mm-thick glass and is fitted with double fly-proof ventilation – top and front.

More vertical space

With a base measuring 20 × 20 cm, the terrarium doesn’t take up much space on a shelf or bookcase, whilst its 30 cm height allows for a much more interesting interior layout.

Branches, pieces of bark, roots, plants and other vertical decorative elements can create a multi-level layout and increase the usable space available to the terrarium’s inhabitant.

4 mm thick glass

We use 4 mm thick glass to construct the tank, ensuring the structure has sufficient rigidity and stability. The transparent glass walls allow for a clear view of the interior and provide an impressive display of the arrangement inside.

Dual fly-proof ventilation

In the 20 × 20 × 30 cm model, we have incorporated two ventilation areas – at the top and at the front of the terrarium. This arrangement promotes airflow through the interior of the tank and ensures more efficient air exchange than a single top vent.

Both areas utilise fine-mesh fly-proof ventilation. This allows air to circulate freely whilst acting as a barrier to flies and other very small insects.

6 cm high front panel

The 6 cm high front panel provides space for a suitable layer of substrate and allows greater flexibility when setting up the lower part of the terrarium.

The raised threshold also helps to keep the substrate inside the tank in place when it is opened and during daily husbandry tasks.

A tall terrarium with versatile dimensions

The 20 × 20 × 30 cm format combines a small base area with significantly increased vertical space. This allows the terrarium to be used to create more interesting, multi-level layouts without having to devote a large area to the tank itself.

The combination of sturdy 4 mm glass, dual fly-proof ventilation and a tall design creates a functional terrarium that is particularly well suited to keeping species that readily make use of vertical space.
